Another BSD's OC ~ Kandata! He is obviously inspired in the charcacter Kandata from the short story kumo no ito (Akutagawa Ryuunosuke). I imagined him as an ex-friend of the simblings in the slums, but holding a grudge against Akutagawa ... He really hates Aku. .3.
