I've also found a Virus Level watch that indicates the danger level of the infection around us
(We're trapped in a hospital after an explosion and there's a "Lamia Virus" going around)
(It's hard for me to keep track of the plot as it's compressed speech with no subs :S)

These NO FEAR messages though? I haven't got a clue! I'll go dig the manual out in a bit :D

OK so these "hang on a sec" messages seem to come up with some sort of consistency - they seem to be when there's something of interest nearby (even if you can't interact with it yet)?
