Yeaahhh... No. You can't look at any of these animations and tell me a loser made them. Animation is difficult as hell, especially when it comes to rigs & characters. As far as I'm concerned, you are a real animator and it's only a matter of time before you get a studio job.

One more thing that I literally just noticed. Almost all of DK's sauropods have accurate claw anatomy and count, instead of the elephantine feet you usually see sauropods depicted with. That's some crazy attention to detail.

And let's not forget, Dinosaur King prominently featured numerous obscure dinosaurs as well as some pterosaur and plesiosaur genera, many of which haven't appeared in any other visual palaeomedia besides artwork (shown are Tupuxuara, Anhanguera, Futabasaurus, and Ampelosaurus).

Suchomimus for example looks to be based on 's skeletal. And their Ankylosaurus (though it still has VERY inaccurate osteoderms) is at least closer to the real animal than the spike-laden nodosaur-like creature from Jurassic World.

There's a severe lack of appreciation for how Dinosaur King has probably the most accurate dinosaur designs in sci-fi palaeomedia. They still have their flaws (pronated arms, shrinkwrapping), but it seems the artists made a genuine effort to stick to the animals' known anatomy.

I remember seeing the original on your gallery years back when I was just being introduced to modern palaeoart. So cool to see an updated version of it!

These are all some pretty old drawings but I still do this tbh 😆, usually I get around it by extending the tail digitally. https://t.co/RxTeh47vk4

Happy birthday and outstanding work with those sculptures!

18-year old bio student here. Not really professional level yet but I think I'm on the right track. I do a lot of art for Wikipedia and am working on some yet-to-be-announced projects with my local museum.

Here's a 10-panel comic I made on the life & behaviour of the theropod dinosaur Irritator challengeri for a contest by ! Hope y'all like it and have fun learning about this unique prehistoric critter. Notes & next 6 panels in the comments!
