I'm Em! I ramble about the family dynamics (and triplets especially) a lot and I draw Encanto (specially Bruno) pretty often! Might start posting more hc threads here soon :]

okay one more doodle but had a hc a while back that pre-walls he drank a ton of coffee and had a high tolerance for it-- after he returned he was excited to drink it again but got a little overzealous and forgot that his tolerance after 10 years isn't quite what it used to be...

used some Klaus pencil tests as a reference for some Bruno hand characterization doodles! Don't usually post practice sheets but I thought y'all might like them

@OwlsPaper could be, but saints have halos in their art too! Both examples I used was St. Francis actually (who had visions, sacrificed the life he had and lived in poverty for his mission, + had a connection to animals so... very Bruno lol)- halos are a common art motif so hard to say!

angsty Bruno doodle for the tl cause now that I know his gift is physically painful it's all I've been thinking about <3

drew this hc up that Bruno would be kinda grumpy and strangely super ominous before his morning coffee-- if you bother him while he's half-asleep he'll blurt out some vague prophecy or date to freak you out with thinking and it's only when he fully wakes up that he realizes

@Jesse_Cosay I'm def in the stylistic 2D camp, though I think somewhere between Tangled and the styles they have in some of the storybooks/concept art would be a happy medium! something a bit like this but less detailed a bit to fit budget :> credit to Meg Park for this early Antonio concept!
