And speaking of color, I'm like super big on giving my OCs a main color for their design djdk Maybe it's because of RWBY and it's color thing, but I love having characters that have certain colors so you can look and then and go like "Omg the scrunkle!!!"

Besides that, if a character has a connection to others, I try to give at least one thing that's symbolic of the person they have a tie with (nails painted in the other person's color, shoelaces in the person's color, matching bracelets, earrings, etc.)

The simplest thing is eyelash placement sjdk- The more eyelashes on top, the more cute/bubbly their personality is, and the more on the bottom the more serious/quiet/aggressive they are.
