@OngakuDragon He remained dead for years till coming back due to -will be explored-. When he came back Bowser was an adult, even had Jr. He’s seen pictures and statues but up close, how truly huge he is now, is still a bit shocking after the last time seeing him in person he was still a kid

@EndyMX Thing is, even characters who aren’t celebrities look freaky nowadays. And well, celeb cameos started becoming more prominent around s10, which is when the writing shifted a lot too. Still, an earlier celeb cameo tho not good, is nowhere as creepy looking as a modern one.
