Originally the intention was to have 4 playable character classes and you can mix and match a group of any 4 (so 4 necromancers if you really want), but now I'm wondering if you should just pick 1 and they come with some familiars?

Replacing the healer class with Necromancer, who heals, saps MP, can damage ghosts and has some kind of rock-paper-scissors elemental attack.
Pretty surprising to see Bread Knight in the bottom 10 of anything, but I know the last panel is pretty unclear.
