i remember how i felt like i had to hold myself back from doing funky things with their designs, and in the case of fan-characters i additionally felt like i had to conform to canon as accurately as possible :^)

in fact, out of all my vampires so far, einarr is the only one who has red eyes. he's the only one of mine who looks like a proper vampire, according to these people.
