That crouching man is somewhere else entirely, looks like another dimension and I feel like as huge as he was, whatever's in the moon is bigger and looks fossilized.

The spine here has more flesh imo

If it was homie's spine and those are supposed to be ribs going from the spine, that is one weird ass ribcage imo, the little anatomy I have studied feels like it looks [off] for a humanoid monster

Does anybody have a theory as to what that detail is ?

It looks like an eye, but if it is, what type of creature is this and exactly how huge is it ?

I don't believe Murata put that detail there randomly, the white spot appears nowhere else on the panel
