Cartoonist Steve Greenberg won First Place in the recent "Homer Davenport Cartoon Contest." Based in Silverton, Oregon, the local contest celebrates home-town hero Homer Davenport, the late-19th century editorial cartoonist famous for his quote "No honest man need fear cartoons."
