whenever gonta gets nervous/scared/embarrassed, he’ll scratch his cheek rub the back of his head, or do the 👉👈 motion. (with the last image here he even wants to find some bugs to calm him down), although this might be just a sprite/panel art thing to show the expression better

he shows evidence that he stims MANY times. whenever he feels a strong emotion, whether it be bad or good, he makes at least one fist (although it’s usually 2) and presumably does something with them, but theyre still images so i cant say it with 100% certainty
