34) I havent watched the original 58 The Blob... but the 88 one was one of my favorite movies as a child/teenager and even though I havent watched it again since, idk, 1994 or somethng, I still remember vividly some of the scenes and especially the poster. super gory and artsy😅
13) still on the realm of disturbing, Sion Sono's Noriko's Dinner Table is great! I like it better than suicide club (they are related) because it is more introspective and overloaded with thoughts. it's a long movie, yes, but excellent. It's what I would call: a family movie🫠🥲
11) back to the 30s with one of my favorite directors (Fritz Lang) and my favorite of his movies M. It's more of a crime/drama movie but moving towards a thriller, dark and disturbing. Sound is fantastic esp considering its a transitioning film from silent age. Also Peter Lorre💜
It's on my todo list a gravitation rewatch 20y later. I remember it was terrible but i want to suffer through it all over again, apparently.
(Also, i hate this guy, but his band was a lot better tbh...)
