Especially since we got glimpses of our spacey lad as an adult as well, so he in this form and comic Roll would be their adult selfs, still together and happy since their teen years.
Despite this though I do like this non-story illustration for it's Roll design. I really like the design and how it's drawn, it's up there with her MM8 look as one of my faves.
Of course, even that aside, can't go wrong with taking inspiration from any incernation. She's always a fun character and a great combo of being both cute and attractive.
In terms of appearance I generally shoot for the Awakening look, but like to picture her in her Warriors wear in casual scenarios. It's adorable and a easy source for pantyshots, because that dress doesn't cover her well at all.

I really like woman in this more vintage comic style, the way they are drawn and dressed. I get a special kick out of the rare times those get their butts hurt.
