i hate drawing sneakers so much it's unreal. i had to download a 3d scan of one and fiddle with it to get it at the right angle.

i usually default to keeping them human for this AU because layering alternate universes gets tough, but i do like the helmet with ears i designed for xan

i hate looking for people references on pinterest (trying to get more accurate skin/hair colours for xan) because looking up some shit like "blonde guy" produces 50 lamp-jawed lookalike prettyboys staring directly at the camera. it's frightening.
