What material is his? I’m convinced it has to be cloth, and the man cause for that is simple.

This is seen with the harbingers too. Different styles, different materials. However, material doesn’t seem to matter by element. Signora’s is cloth, but she is fire. Tartaglia is mainly water, but his mask is a dense material. Then there is Dottore.

So I’ve been thinking about Dottore’s mask and it’s material. So walk with me and tell me what you think.

The Fatui have varying masks based on their class and element, which is really cool with their identity.

We’ll start back with Miranda. Notice this mark on her throat? A sunburst, or star perhaps. What about the other three? All have their throats covered. All three have influence and direction in the story. But why do I think the mark is important? (8/9)
