#AgoraArtist Hanan Levi has been working on some new artworks. Here’s a sample of what he’s been up to.
Bolivian artist Janina Leigue paints luminous scenes of everyday life. Leigue spent three years living in Madrid where she was deeply influenced by paintings by the Old Masters. When painting, Leigue uses a process of discovery, allowing ideas to unfold naturally as she works.
Regarding the paintings of Monika Gloviczki, what leaps to the eye is her use of colors. Pale blues, pinks and yellows, often stippled with white, lend her work a sort of mirroring quality.
"Working is best when the result has an element of surprise held together by a structural framework of artistic skill." - Julia Rowlands
