the good part of doing this box modeling is that you can duplicate and easily do all the fancy stuff you want for the high poly: extrudes, leather straps, rope textures, etc
bevel every edge that you want to be hard, use the Smooth command et voila! beautiful high poly (11/24)

@apathy_syndrome zbrush! mas tudo que é hard surface eu faço uma blocagem cagada no zbrush, jogo no maya pra fazer a versão low poly, dou um tapa pra fazer o high poly (extrudes, edges bonitas, etc) e ai jogo no zbrush pra fazer os detalhes
