It's Maruko! I binged about 50 episodes of Chibi Maruko-chan earlier this year and it's become one of my absolute favorite anime.

New OC, LaTanya! She started as a redesign for Capri but I decided on having her be her older sister. Early 30s, massive weeb, has an irrational hatred of power strips containing an odd number of outlets.
