The $2/ month tier is for Sunlit Silence! This is where I post pages when they are done. When I have enough of them, I turn them into an episode for Webtoon. Patrons here are typically reading ahead, and can see the original format (pages) for this comic & any concept art I do.

2020 taught me to draw what I want. I was making only OC art, very self-indulgent. And I put it all in a solo gallery show the following year! I never thought my OC art would go over so well like that. But if you're drawing what you want, that sincerity shines through.

I was already making warm (loving, comforting) art. I was just drawn to it, but it wasn't necessarily something I was doing purposefully. My art has gotten a lot better because of stuff like that -- just making a lot of art, and looking back, then using that to go ahead.

Thoughts about "voice"

Years ago I started getting a lot of comments about how warm my art was, so I started examining what I was doing, then just honed in on that further. I think voice is just noticing the patterns in the art you're making, and then honing it.
