Once she finally trusts her friends and lets out her true feelings, there's an immediate sense of all the tension dissipating. She's finally being honest, and the person she thought would be the most upset is the one consoling her, letting her know that her feelings aren't wrong.

The paranormal threat to the CRC this time around is much harder for them to deal with, as well as being much more dangerous. At any moment, they may be forced to act on one of their desires with full intensity. This time, even their actions are out of their control.
