i hate it when ive gotta do this but i couldnt resist not closing CSP and i added slight shading that makes her face look so much nicer

having a hard time designing this fish, i want a balance between fishiness and human features, where she is cute but still distinct

the colors/details 100% need work but this is a mere WIP

my other designs were a lot easier, but i just dont have many ideas for a fish magician
