This is an image I used to see quite a lot living in Ayrshire and I wanted to capture the wild weather you can sometimes get on the west coast of Scotland.

Well he was a joy to paint and it was lovely to have him in the gallery in Newcastle and also sad to see him go as Freddie ..”I’m Going Slightly Mad” has just sold this afternoon and will be heading up to Edinburgh to grace someone’s home there.
