The industry has just moved in a different direction and the infrastructure that made this kind of amazing stuff is basically extinct. In some ways my work on comics is an alternative because I still get to tell my stories my way.
Remembering this morning that my very first Robowaifu was almost definitely Catty from Gall Force: Eternal Story (1986) and subsequent movies with character designs by Kenichi Sonoda.
The elevator pitch is twin sisters Mio and Mayu Amakura find their way into an extremely haunted old village and phantom shit hits the fan. They're drawn into an evil legacy of forbidden ritual and the game is about unraveling the mystery and saving your sister.
