Dear privileged parents who want hard working teachers to provide you with things to do at home. NOTHING NOTHING assigned is better than you reading to your kid. Cooking with them. Spending time. Teachers work hard. Let them stick to inside their class. You got outside of class.

Any school handing out packets of worksheets for summer break. I'd like to know what research you read supporting this practice? The intention of halting summer slide doesn't count if it doesn't work.

It's 9:39pm I have a lot of work to still do today but it won't be my best quality. You don't do good leaning or work when you're tired. Do you want quality work from students or just stuff turned in?

How many times have you/colleague been late to a faculty meeting, late turning in attendance/grades, late to class, late to anything and been fired or pay deducted?? It's rare. #intherealworld

Because some adults have unhealthy and unbalanced lives is not a mandate to do that to kids. It's the adults who need to be more balanced.

SAMR is not a ladder. You don't start with substitution. Tasks designed for paper should stay there. How does making it digital allow for more interactions? Better feedback? Increased student engagement?

Every single person looking at this is using a device that uses code. If you wanted to you could make applications for that device. Coding is a practical skill for everyone.
