Look at this point I've given up on the notion of ever drawing a 'traditional' posed Ganesha.

I really miss having a compact camera. A physical half-press and shutter. A viewfinder. A phone is a wonderful thing (and this is taken with my phone) but it isn't the pleasure to use that a good fast compact is.

Here's what I've been working on these past few days. A private commission, of Ganesha, Saraswati & Lakshmi. Imperial size (30x22in), pencil, India ink and acrylic on paper. Several personal touches for the client, a dear friend, that thankfully resonated.
