I've been working on adding to my "Submerged" series and in doing so, focusing more deeply on my process. For this piece, I had a mood and feel in mind from the beginning. It came along slowly, as I wanted each brushstroke to be intentional. 💗

Finished a different owl today. This one I started working on in November. With all that texture in oil paint, it's taking some time to dry!
