Just spent the morning channeling my roots. I washed my car. Why my roots, you ask? My dad owned gas stations & my brother would wash every car. But I was banned since I’d make a mess. Nonetheless, my roots are alive & I did a reasonable job.

@netflix just sent an email congratulating me for being part of 5 billion deliveries. I thought the email would include some kind of reward. Nope. I’m so disappointed.

Just solved a printing issue, a rather simple but technical one. I feel like Wonder Woman.

First bump led to another bump. Hoping the powers at be are kind and see the value their images provide to the book. Waiting and waiting.

And book has been successfully delivered! Just got the email that they got all the files. They estimate everything will be ready this late Fall. l

@Literature_Lady Agreed. It’s like when students tell me that they’re in design because they don’t have to write, do math or be political. The first day of classes I tell them, they did math, wrote, and taking class is political.

When you have a mountain of projects to grade but all you want to do is binge on Netflix for days.
