She's done!! Referenced her artwork hair and made it super holo and reflective... not my usual style but looks good on biboo (and i just noticed her head is the size of a Nerissa boob...)

I fill colors with hard pen and use SAI's airbrush and the paint brush.
Settings are the second edge shape, 0 min size, 50 density, fuzystatic 100 and no texture.
