I fill colors with hard pen and use SAI's airbrush and the paint brush.
Settings are the second edge shape, 0 min size, 50 density, fuzystatic 100 and no texture.
Blending 100, dilution 50, persistence 100, 40 edge hardness and hard<->soft to 200 (and pressure ticked off) https://t.co/2saNz7A6Lb
