I got to sculpt MILES MORALES! A brand new figure except for the existing hands.
I also worked on this one! With these Beast Wars figures, I started with a "blank" base file and was tasked to add surface detail to specific areas. A lot changed from here to the production version, but this was a ton of fun to work on.
Just realized the vinyl Grogu and crafted Razor Crest I sculpted for Disney is out!
This is a 100% new sculpt from scratch I got to do. Really happy to see how the final product will look, especially the separately molded clear parts.
The Blue Shark Wild Force Ranger! I sculpted all the new parts. I don't always get to do portrait sculpts, but I'm pretty happy with how this one turned out.
Loki from the Disney + series. I did not sculpt the portrait! Just the new parts (hair, torso, forearms, harness, sword). I am happy with how the hair turned out though.
This project was a joy to work on, with one of my favorite art directors. I did have a base file to start with but heavily reworked almost the entire thing.
I did get 3D scan files to start with, but the whole figure is all new, including Spidey mask and the backpack. I think it was just a coincidence, but it was meaningful to me getting to work on this last May #AAPIHeritageMonth
Concept design I believe by @andyparkart and company! I really dug the color splashes in the Ragnarok designs, and I again think the blue looks awesome here. The Stormbreaker axe, arms, and face are reused-- everything else is a brand new sculpt.
