Ty everyone some more painting tips. I mostly learned how to paint by staring at eggs and painting them a lot until wtf a core shadow was clicked also Sam Nielson’s Lighting class on Schoolism. That’ll teach you everything tbh about painting w/ photons in mind.
I like to challenge myself to low step painting. The lowest steps you can do to achieve something. Helps me boil down wtf I’m doing a lot with my mark making.
Gnomon Storyboarding class demo studies then doodles from other classes when I was listening to lectures.
I like the cheeky vash poster in the corner and his silhouette before he even got introduced. Little teasers if you're looking for it and you felt them being playful.
Also stuff with the gun to make something feel so massive it pushes a character off screen.
I have a hard time with beginning stuff so I usually study a lot of those kind of scenes.
Learned a lot about where you put your perspective VP and characters with these FMA study boards.
Storyboard studies repost. These specific notes were from the Bloop Animation storyboard course. Last one a filler image but I did like the note about Leyendecker folds being a celebration of cloth.
