It's also pretty great for adding a quick brush of texture on top of flat colors! The more the pen tilts, the wider and more textured the stroke gets.

And, if you just toggle primary/secondary/transparency, you can get a really satisfying tricolor sketch going very easily. (2nd image characters belong to silverystormwing on deviantart)

Tilt support means that you can block, sculpt, and draw in edges with one tool, no need to change the brush or size as you go.
