I have been lucky enough to meet so many wonderful women + non-binary friends who inspire me everyday. With all the fantastic people I’ve met, I’ve also encountered women in the world who are not there yet but are working hard.

Sometimes my anxiety feels like this. A swarm of fuzzy and unproductive thoughts that start to cloud my view of the situation (figuratively + literally.)🌀

In 2019 I want to listen to my gut more. In certain situations I take on the role of a person-pleaser. I often put my own needs on hold as I try to tend to the needs of someone else, even if my core is screaming at me, “hey I don’t know about this!” Okay, I’m listening now. ☎️
