No better remedy for this #heat of the #summer than ice cold water with lemon and mint! 🍋🌿

#Lemon is a #healthy good choice for heat as it's alkalizing and helps fight dehydration, on the other hand #mint is refreshing.

Also I really enjoy the chickens from the book "Vilagallina" by @AlbertArrayas, all the illustrations with birds by Júlia Sardà especially those from "Mary Poppins" and all the animal illustrations by @JoanaSantamans
