He is a mysterious, other-worldly being that guards the millions of gateways between universes!

He doesn't speak much, but he is sympathetic to plight and would grant a wish within his power. Half his face is absorbed by a black sigil

4th OC for OC-Tober (still Klavenholc): Luís Tiago de Manro Armeiro

He's an ex-alchemical mechanic who immigrated to Klavenholc! Despite living far from his family in a foreign country, he's upbeat and positive, always calm and a hard worker

3rd OC for OC-tober: Another character from Klavenholc!

Joel Huang is an alchemist in hiding. His dominant alchemic element is Wind (seen as an unstable element, as wind and fire seek their homes in the stars)

He also doesn't sleep often bless his insomniac ass

2nd OC for OC-tober

continuing from the same world as Hephyr (the first OC I introduced) is his long-time friend, Lien Kahlroth!

Lien is a City Guard in Klavenholc. Seems to be chronically ill, though he hides it very well
