- rescaled the whole vessel. now 300.5 m long, 145.6 m wide, and 50.9 m tall from nacelle to keel. ten decks total.
- updated nacelle pylons; improved shape and included extra deck space at the pylon base at deck 3

not sure how I'm gonna replicate the fur coating in Maya. This is with Fibermesh, as a proof of concept.

what if, other than being quite derived, nine-foot-tall, quadrupedal predatory alien crustaceans -- what if they also had some textural camouflage, kinda like cooled lava? a bit spiky in places, like torn sprigs of lava

or would that maybe be a bit too much for realisms sake
