Alcyone tricks Ascot into freeing her.
Umi wants to return to Tokyo.
Her wish is granted, but she realizes in time that she is not really in Tokyo.
Umi's sword finally grows.

Watched:
"Magic Knight Rayearth" ep. 08: Ascot summons another monster to trick Hikaru that it is a helpless creature, she even calls it "Hikaru" in honor of her pet.
Unfortunately, she will discover the truth and will have to be full of courage to defeat it.

Watched:
"Magic Knight Rayearth" ep. 07: Ferio "allies" with Ascot who summoned a new monster to defeat the girls.
When Ferio learns of the monster's weakness, he helps the girls defeat it, especially Fuu, who seems to be a love interest.
Fuu manages to improve her sword!

But the monster finds the Magic Knights and the fight begins in the middle of the creation of their "Escudo" weapons.
Presea finishes the creation but is hit by a piece of the ceiling that crushes her.
After defeating the monster, the girls witness Presea's agony... R.I.P 😢

"Magic Knight Rayearth" ep. 06:
Ascot appears and summons a monster to attack the Magic Knights.
When the girls return to the Forest of Silence where Presea lives, they give her the legendary ore "Escudo" and she starts to make their weapons.

Princess Emeraude appears and tells the girls to think about whether they are really her loved ones.
They each use their spells to turn them into "Escudo".
Alcyone reappears only to be defeated again with the new powers of the girls.
Zagato no longer trusts Alcyone again.

"Magic Knight Rayearth" ep. 05:
During the search for the legendary ore "Escudo", the girls face a water monster and will arrive at a place where according to Mokona is "Spring of Eterna".
Inside that place, the girls will each meet again someone they know and care...

Watched:
"Magic Knight Rayearth" ep. 04: The girls arrive to a village where they are not really welcome.
Alcyone appears and seriously injures Umi and Hikaru will confront her with all her anger.
Umi wishes she had magic and Clef will help her to bring it out from within.

"Magic Knight Rayearth" ep. 02:
The girls reach the Forest of Silence and find a hidden mansion and then meet Presea and a creature called Mokona.
Presea gives the Magic Knights some weapons to face a monster made of mud that was in that place.

According to Clef, it is Zagato who is holding Princess Emeraude prisoner.
Clef grants his magic to what Emeraude considers the "Legendary Magic Knights".
Alcyone appears and attacks them, but Clef will help the Magic Knights escape and Hikaru will use her new spell...
