Just finished that 1st piece today btw haha

continuing this character concept, did some more work on the silhouettes, still trying to follow that idea of an ambiguous look, mixing triangles and circles to try and make a character you fear, but at the same time feel like you can/need to trust. any thoughts?

photo study

@SHelmigh Literally the longest study I’ve ever done, trying to follow Shaddy Safadi’s tutorial, finshed today haha
+ some studies and a concept piece from earlier this year

finished I guess... at least I’m not inclined to keep working on it, I think I’m just gonna move on to the next one now. But if anybody has any feedback I’d gladly take it for future ones :D

today’s study... I really didn’t like this one, seems flat and muddy maybe, I hate the boat and most of the rocks :/

today’s photo studies. tried to add some hue variation/color notes on the second one but I think it didn’t work so well... any thoughts?
