A bit of my process, I creare the lighting using grayscale tones and then blend it. Next, I lay it over the flats and then change the colors of the shadows. I'll also change the color of my line art too.

Night Terrors, my first illustration that will be available as a 11x14 print in my shop soon.

I had a lot of fun playing with low and colored lighting for this. Finished this just in time for spooky season too.

Me: I need to get better at rendering faces. Let’s focus, take this seriously and get some sketches done.

I’ve been working on human anatomy more. I have a lot of ideas and characters in mind for future projects, so instead of avoiding it like I have been, I’ve been forcing myself to drawing poses every day.

I struggle the most with foreshortening and torsos!

Here are the seamless patterns I created! These will be turned into bookmarks and stationary.
