Today I drew a Vestal Virgin • In ancient rome, the vestals were priestesses of Vesta, goddess of the hearth. These women were fundamental to the continuance and security or Rome, and cultivated the sacred fire that was not allowed to go out.

Finished drawing Tiberius Caesar Augustus, who reigned from AD 14 to 37, and was considered Rome's greatest general. // I'm really proud of this one. 🌿❤
