@KySwaid Well @KiroshiSanArt has its open commissions and good prices. They have experience with some comics so bullet point shouldn't be a problem for her.

@ProDMJoey I do not know if it is what you are looking for but @nigamiart has an art that particularly pleases me although he draws in his own anime-comic style. He usually looks for a job as a character designer but is just as good at making a complete setting.
