That requires layers as "frames". Yeah, that's sounds about right for something like it.

Out of all the software that you guys said, I went with "FireAlpaca"...
It's literally just Medibang, but if it had the look of a 2010 art program.
Sketches Advice:
Personally, for me, I think a good character design (or character in general), is when your proud with it. If you like the design, like the, and know that you can draw him, then go for it.
If you don't like the design, then change/redesign what makes it "bad".
Sketchy doodles and such.
Also, he enjoys KitKat...I haven't mentioned this fact since April.
