Today when I tried to remove a battery pack from my customer's iPad, I bent the battery pack too much and it erupted into flames, of course ruining the whole iPad. This was the worst failure in my repair life and it will be for the time being.
The repair shop livestreamed a repair of another iPhone, but it committed a trademark infringement, using a rear glass panel with Apple logo. I think they'd better quit this job.
