I'd say my "bad" OCs lean more toward anti-heros rather than straight up villains. Closest is probably Silver from a recent Blades in the Dark game, a power-grasping noble turned assassin

Her name is Tokaxx, a goblin dragon shaman who was convinced she was the mortal incarnation of a white dragon god her people worshipped.

She took that belief to her grave.

Lily was one of my characters in a Tomb of Annihilation game last year, a rogue who found an arch fey patron and multiclassed into warlock. And I loved her warlock redesign outfit
