This is Cassius and he's a kingpin for a gang. He's 27, 5'6", and full of hostility and hatred despite having a calm exterior. He's also Morrigan's older brother. She doesn't know that he exists, but he knows of her.
The amount of mental fortitude Kaiju had to build to actually wear this in public for their beach weekend was high
