Finally got around to doing last week's Disney drawing after a paricularly unlucky few days, which happened to be during the THIRTEENTH week of the year.

Fitting to comemorate my unluckiness with one of the last great Disney villains, Dr. Facilier from The Princess and the Frog!

Week 8 belongs to the World’s Greatest Criminal Mind, Ratigan! The Great Mouse Detective is among my top 20 favorite Disney animation films and Vincent Price as Ratigan is a huge reason why.

Side note: I had the dead meme phrase “gay rat wedding” in my head while drawing this

For this week’s Disney drawing, and for a Happy Valentine’s Day, we’ve got Paperman! Easily one of the studio’s best shorts and pioneer of the modern animation era! ❤️

My sixth weekly Disney Animation drawing of 2023 also celebrates the 70th anniversary of Peter Pan! I was gonna draw the elegant Captain Hook since he is my favorite character, but then the crocodile showed up and took him for a swim 🐊

Realized that even after being a fan of his for years, especially in high school, I’ve never fully done fan art of Doug Walker, the Nostalgia Critic, until now!

This week is Kronk from The Emperor’s New Groove! Having met Patrick Warburton and Disney animator Tony Bancroft, I can confirm that Kronk is as sweet as the guys that brought him to life!

Felt like redrawing an old original character from when I first started getting into digital illustration back in 2020. It looks like he's gotten the hang of his glow-sticks since last I saw him.

From just being a party dude to summoning a ghostly dinosaur wisp!
