Continuing with the redesign, here is the redesigned Vacuum (renamed to Vangard)
He is still who he was before.

His abilities also didnt change, he can create vacum and pull force from anywere, and use the vacuum like an untouchable weapon (it would work like a spear) https://t.co/Ga5B8plD3s

Ill propose you turn the Basketball titan into a mecha. His main damaging ability is eletricity whomst he charges into the ground.
Id say something along the lines of hulk buster or the lego movie mecha

Here is a new Idea for the glacial guards outfit.
It is based on the Full metal alchimist outfits.
