The Diacon, a powerful man, that travels thru shadows, and can even create clones out of them, that act as puppeteers, of the thing that create the shadow.
even tho a well lighten up room takes away his abilities, he can still create shadows with his scythe, as a black liquid.
Here is Disimal, a guy that can create little currents that are quite lil in WATS, but they do not lose power, also, they can travel only tru physical materials. He can fuck with your nervous system, make you do involuntary movements and even erase your memory.
