Also I blatantly stole from Donkey Kong Jungle Beat and had both the star and girl's idle animations show at all times onscreen because dammit, they're the main attraction. Here's her idle, lots of shortcuts but it works.

I wish I had more time to add a proper jumping animation, and more animations for the star, but this is easily the best walk cycle I've ever done.
