Kome-Kome, and Mem-Mem's names are unchanged (米米 and 麵麵) and Rosemary's name is translated to the word Rosemary. Love that for them. Pam-Pam's name (包包) seems to be sandwich/wrapping related instead, which makes sense since her name doesn't come from Japanese.
The Chinese character given to Ran was 100% predictable - 蘭, a very common character for Chinese coded characters in Japanese fiction. She went from Cure Yum Yum to Tasty Angel (好味天使).
While her surname remained unchanged, Kokone's given name now has the kanji 心音. Her cure name is now 調味天使 or Spice Angel.
Fullmoon wo Sagashite episode 37 has the most accurate depiction of knitting I've ever seen in animation. The way center pull skeins look, the cast on, the difference between straight and circular needles, even the common ways mistakes present themselves.
