So these little guys around the cures aren't labeled. I was assuming レシピボン was ribbons or something collectable but it has been pointed out this could be a recipe book! In which case these little guys are the Recipe-ppis.
The Energy fairies arrive at Yummy Town in search of the Recipebbons and by chance, three ordinary girls become PreCure! They'll get back the recipebbons, protect everyone's smiles, and defeat the Capture Gang!
The villains are the Capture Gang, and our first villainess is Gentlu.
In Oishii Town where the Cures live this season lives Takumi Shinada, Yui's childhood friend and a 3rd year junior high school student. He's blunt but takes care of people. His family runs a guest house.
